DAB COTTON OR GAUZE PAD WITH THE SOLUTION AND GENTLY SWIPE THE FACE. NO NEED TO DOUBLE CLEANSE OR RINSE THE PRODUCT OFF, BUT IT COULD BE USED AS A PRE-CLEANSER OR MAKEUP REMOVER, IN WHICH CASE YOU WOULD USE YOUR FAVORITE EXFOLIATING CLEANSER AFTER YOU CLEANSE WITH THE MICELLAR WATER. I've tried a lot of micellar waters that claim to be marketed as safe for sensitive skin, but every time it would break me out and leave my skin feeling sticky not fully clean. This micellar water not only removes all of my makeup but hasnt broke out my sensitive skin once!
