Q. Do you ship internationally?

So when we ship internationally, the customer is responsible for the import fees as well as the shipping fee. Q. Are your products soy & nut-free?
Although Biba de Sousa Los Angeles products do not contain Soy, none of our products are certified Nut or Soy free. Q. How to self patch test the skincare product?
If you know that you have sensitive or reactive skin, it is important to conduct the patch test first with a small amount of the product on your skin to see how you react. Put a SMALL (dime size) amount of the product on your inner arm or behind your ear (the inner arm is easier to observe and we recommend that method). These are the areas where skin is thinner and more sensitive. Leave the product on for 24-48 hours to see if you have a reaction to it. If the product causes an immediate reaction, wash it off with warm water and soap and pat dry. You will know if you are sensitive to that particular product if your skin turns red, itchy or you get hives. Q. Does Biba recommend serum layering?
Biba does not recommend serum layering.  Each serum is formulated to target specific concerns and work in synergy with your toner and moisturizer.  Adding an additional serum does not necessarily achieve better results and 2 serums with active ingredients could potentially cancel each other out.
