 Biba Los Angeles Micellar Water is a gentle, no-rinse cleanser removes makeup, sunscreen, excess oil, and daily impurities without stripping the skin barrier.

When cleansing is too aggressive, the skin often becomes tight, reactive, or inconsistent. This formula offers a more controlled approach, lifting away what doesn’t belong while preserving what does.

Micelles, tiny cleansing molecules suspended in water, lift away debris with a soft swipe, without rubbing or stressing the skin.

Formulated for sensitive, reactive, and acne-prone skin, it leaves the skin clean, calm, and balanced,  never stripped or over-processed.

Powered by ActiSoothe™ Technology, a botanical complex of bio-activated mushroom extracts, trehalose, and allantoin, it helps reduce visible redness and support skin comfort during cleansing.

In the treatment room, this type of cleanse is often used when the skin cannot tolerate traditional washing.

HOW TO USE

The Micellar Water

Dab cotton or gauze pad with the solution and gently swipe the face. No need to double cleanse or rinse the product off, but it could be used as a pre-cleanser or makeup remover, in which case you would use your favorite exfoliating cleanser after you cleanse with the Micellar Water.

It makes the perfect morning waterless cleanser for normal to dry skin or post workout cleanser.

Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep eyes closed when cleansing around the eye area.
