Avoid taking long showers or baths and use warm, not hot water. Pat your skin dry gently and immediately complete your skincare routine with a nourishing moisturizer and body lotion.

Avoid exfoliants and highly alkaline soaps.  Test products before using them on your inner elbow area for at least 12 hours before applying them on a larger skin area.
