One Tool. Fascia Release. Lymphatic Drainage. Sculpting.

Jaw clenching, stress, and repetitive facial movement create tightness in the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds muscles. Over time, this tension can restrict movement, affect lymphatic flow, and contribute to puffiness, imbalance, and a less defined appearance.

The Meta Facial® Fascia Tool by Biba de Sousa is designed to release that tension while supporting lymphatic drainage and circulation.

Unlike traditional massage tools, this precision-shaped device works beyond the surface. It targets fascia directly, helping improve tissue mobility, reduce stagnation, and restore a more balanced, lifted look.

Developed from treatment-room techniques, it combines fascia release, lymphatic movement, and targeted pressure into one controlled method you can use at home.

With consistent use, it helps reduce puffiness, soften tension patterns, and support a more sculpted, refreshed appearance.

WHY FACIAL TENSION MATTERS

Facial tension is often overlooked in skincare. When fascia becomes restricted, it can affect circulation, lymphatic drainage, and how the skin looks and feels.

This may show up as puffiness, heaviness in the face, uneven contours, and dull or stagnant-looking skin.

Releasing tension allows the tissue to move more freely, improving fluid movement and overall skin appearance.

PAIRING

Use with a glide medium such as a hydrating toner or lightweight serum, followed by your moisturizer. Pair with the Onerta® Cream Barrier to maintain hydration and support the skin barrier during massage.

If you are acne-prone, use your Daily Moisturizer instead. For body use, apply the Onerta® Hand + Body Lotion to provide slip and support the skin barrier during massage.

HOW TO USE

The Fascia Tool

FOR THE FACE

Use on clean skin with a moisturizer, oil, or lotion for glide.

Start with light pressure, then increase as comfortable.

  • Chest → sweep outward to armpits
  • Neck → glide downward
  • Jaw → chin to ear
  • Cheeks → cheekbone to ear
  • Forehead → upward strokes
  • Scalp → comb across the head

Repeat movements 2–3 times. Reapply product as needed.

FOR THE BODY

Apply body lotion before use.

  • Lymphatic drainage → light strokes toward armpits or groin
  • Fascia release → deeper pressure on areas of tension
