We offer FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 100$ in the United States except for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico!

All sales are final

Due to the intimate nature of the cosmetic products, Esthetic Underground, Inc./BIBA Los Angeles does not offer returns, with the exception of damaged shipped items or order processing error. 

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to Allergic Reaction. We sympathize with the occurrence of a true allergy and advise that the customer contacts medical professional for thorough allergy testing to prevent future instances. If you already experienced skin allergies, make sure that you don't purchase products that contain those allergens.  Please contact us for assistance prior to purchasing for more information on product ingredients.

Title and risk of loss shall transfer from Biba Los Angeles to purchaser upon deliver of the product to a common carrier.
