Unlike regular Gua Sha boards that are simply flat, ours is equipped with acupressure knobs and teeth for fascia release. By using either of the knobs on the tool, you can target and work out muscle knots with deep and steady pressure to relieve tension, and ease pain and tightness.

How To Use The Fascia Tool
The same movements used for Lymphatic Drainage also serve as a Fascia Release when performed with a bit deeper pressure, easing tension and tightness in both the skin and muscles, improving circulation, and tissue recovery. Acupressure is performed with deep and steady pressure on acupoints.
We recommend using the FASCIA TOOL weekly on the face and as often as needed on the body—legs, back, arms, or abdomen—for optimal results. It's a simple, transformative addition to your routine that promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces puffiness, and leaves both your skin and body feeling restored and revitalized.
While the movements are the same, the Lymphatic Drainage is done with a very light, almost no pressure. We want to first reduce puffiness and promote healthy lymph circulation in the area, and then perform Fascia Release to alleviate muscle tension.
All movements can be done more times than three. You will know if your lymphatic system is congested if you almost feel itching when you glide with the tool over your skin and around lymph nodes.

FOR THE FACE:
Use a clean and dry FASCIA TOOL on clean skin. Apply the gliding medium on the skin: your favorite moisturizer, pure Squalane oil or other non-comedogenic face lotion. Re-apply moisturizer if it absorbs too fast, or work in sections to always have the gliding medium on.
This technique blends gentle lymphatic massage with fascia release. Begin with light pressure, then repeat each movement with deeper strokes as needed for fascia release.

Gently tap on your sternum to activate the Thymus* gland. -
Stimulate Lymph Flow
Swipe outward toward each armpit three times. -
Neck Drainage
Glide the tool gently down the side of your neck three times. -
Jawline Release
Sweep from the middle of your chin toward your ear three times. -
Cheekbone Lift
Sweep gently from your cheekbone toward your ear three times. -
Forehead Revive
Using light strokes, comb upward along your forehead and hairline. -
Scalp Revitalization
Comb across the top of your head to stimulate circulation.
Repeat all movements with increased pressure for deeper fascia release, only as it feels comfortable for you.
FOR THE BODY:
For Lymphatic Drainage, apply body lotion on the area you would like to work on, and gently swipe in upward or horizontal movements with the comb towards the nearest lymph nodes in armpits or groins. For Fascia Release, apply deeper pressure and work the uneven and bumpy surface out.
FACIAL ACUPRESSURE:
To use the FASCIA TOOL for acupressure, choose the knob size that best fits the area of pain or tension. Press deeply and steadily, or gently rub, roll, or apply pressure to the desired effect on the reflex point.
